1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “You”) and Remote Sales Training TC (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”) regarding your access to and use of the course

and all associated content, videos, documents, templates, and other materials (collectively, the “Product”), hosted on Notion and distributed digitally via Fanbasis.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Product.

2. ELIGIBILITY & SCOPE

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to access or use this Product. The Product is intended for lawful personal use only.

This agreement is enforceable under the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Pinellas County, Florida for all legal matters subject to the binding arbitration clause below.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content included in the Product—such as training videos, worksheets, templates, frameworks, audio files, scripts, brand elements, logos, names, and proprietary methods—is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and/or other proprietary rights.

Ownership:

All content is owned by or licensed to Remote Sales Training TC. Purchase of the Product grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not , under any circumstances: Download, screen record, or distribute content without express written consent;Share your access credentials or allow third-party access;Reproduce, republish, repost, upload, transmit, sell, license, or exploit content in any manner;Create derivative works or adaptations of the course materials;Claim intellectual ownership over any material within the Product.

Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of U.S. and international law.

4. ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

The Product is hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Notion and Fanbasis). While we strive to ensure accessibility, we make no guarantees that the Product will be available at all times or without interruption. We may restrict access to maintain system security, comply with legal obligations, or conduct maintenance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for any breach of these Terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Platform:

All purchases are made via Fanbasis or other third-party processors.

Type:

One-time payment. No subscriptions or payment plans are offered unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided;All payment information is accurate and up to date;You understand that all sales are final after 72 hours.

We are not liable for any payment issues arising from third-party platforms.

6. REFUND POLICY

Remote Sales Training TC maintains a

You may request a 100% refund only if:

Your request is submitted within 72 hours of purchase AND you have carefully reviewed the material and are not 100% satisfied.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if either condition is not met or if abuse is suspected. No refunds will be granted for:

We are not responsible for:

Your application of the materials; Business losses, career decisions, or missed opportunities;External platform access issues (e.g., Notion downtime);Any actions taken by you based on course content.

The Product does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or employment advice. Consult a professional advisor where appropriate.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to :

Access the course on behalf of a competitor or for reverse-engineering purposes;Use bots, scrapers, or automation to access course content;Harass, abuse, impersonate, or defame the Company or its representatives;Circumvent security features or access control systems;Post our materials in forums, Skool groups, Discords, Facebook groups, etc.

Any breach will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remote Sales Training TC, its owners, officers, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Product; Your breach of these Terms;Any violation of law or rights of a third party.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. BINDING ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF RIGHTS

agree to resolve all disputes through confidential, binding arbitration

in Pinellas County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access without notice for:

Violation of these Terms; Abuse of our refund system;Suspected fraud or misuse.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
